Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
FurtherOps (“the platform”) is an internal operations platform operated by Further and made available at https://ops.further.ai to authorized employees of Further and its affiliated companies. By signing in to or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and access
Access is restricted to individuals with an approved company Google Workspace account and is granted at Further’s discretion. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate internal business purposes and in compliance with applicable law and company policy. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to access, store, or transmit data you are not authorized to handle. Data and outputs available through the platform are confidential to Further and may not be shared outside authorized channels.
4. Google account connections
Optional features let you connect your Google account to attach Drive content, export to Google Slides, or send email. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms. Our handling of data obtained through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke the platform’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions.
5. No warranty
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Outputs — including AI-generated content and analytics — may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Further will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
